Items purchased are for your own personal use and may not be replicated, copied, or otherwise reproduced, modified or resold without my express and written permission.
Delivery - I normally dispatch goods within 2-3 days of payment and you should expect to receive them within 5-7 days UK or 7-10 days worldwide.
Returns and refunds - You have the right to cancel the purchase of any goods without having to give a reason at any time within the "cooling off period" of seven working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods.
If you are in receipt of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to me at your own cost (unless I delivered the items to you in error or any item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the purchase. Once you have notified me that you wish to cancel the purchase, any sum debited will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.
These terms are governed by Scottish law. Any contract for the purchase of goods from this site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with any such contract will be governed by Scottish law. You and I both agree that the courts of Scotland will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
