These are a few of the photos I've taken mostly during various work parties over the last 2 and a bit years so as to document what we're doing at the Lowther Hills Ski Club.
A skin up to explore and ski down the wind scoured eastern slopes of Broad Law
Saltburn is a four hour walk from Runswick, but just a 45 minute bus ride away. We followed the Cleveland Way footpath and stopped about 9 miles through for a couple of pints and a jacket potato. The sun was beating hard and my face knew all about it.
Three from the local agricultural show. Wet, muddy, typically Moffat really, but folk made the most of it.
An early 1930's No 1 Pocket Kodak Junior folding camera I bought at a car boot sale for £4. I'll never use it, but someone else tried it... https://www.lomography.com/magazine/11313-kodak-eastman-no1-pocket-junior-you-will-not-be-disappointed
SSE asked me to capture some photos from Stranraer's inaugural 'Oyster Festival' and it was a fabulous event. The festival organisers, the people of Stranraer, and their funders and supporters should all be proud of what they made happen.
A long weekender staying in the Blackhouse village at Gearannan. Cliff walks, hill walks and a bit of sightseeing.
